Main Challenge

The house was older and had undergone several DIY renovations, which meant many walls were not true and square enough for floor-to-ceiling tile alignment.

How We Solved It

The team applied renovation-first set-out and sequencing, correcting wall lines early so waterproofing, tiling, and final fit-off could be delivered to a consistent standard.

Wall-mounted timber vanities with clean lines and warm natural texture, paired with contemporary vessel basins for a standout centrepiece in both bathrooms.

Frameless Glass Showers

Full frameless glass shower screens create an open, spacious feel and showcase the large-format tile work inside each shower recess.

Wall Line and Squareness Correction

The existing house had legacy DIY works and out-of-line walls, requiring careful set-out and straightening before floor-to-ceiling tiles could be installed cleanly.

LED-Backlit Mirrors

Integrated LED lighting behind mirrors provides soft ambient illumination and a modern aesthetic with practical task lighting.

Renovation-First Sequencing

A renovation-focused workflow was used to reduce rework risk in an older home where hidden conditions are common.
